Pam related an incident tonight where they were looking for his paci. Zyle was helping, walking around just like Pam looking in various places, and throwing up his hands when he couldn't find it.
We can expect that he will regress due to the surgery. This makes me very sad. We are trying not to be concerned that he isn't really talking - he does say "uh oh" at times, and has been witnessed to say "Duck" - yet, and his peers are talking up a storm. I know he will follow the path of his brother, and when he is ready, he will talk just fine. However knowing that the surgery will also cause a setback in all development - if only temporary - makes it all the more bittersweet.
