Cool! Cool cool cool! I just discovered that Scottish Rite has a GYM! And while the link is rather sparse with details, it's bound to contain a treadmill.
I have been exercising a lot more than usual lately, and I find it is helping tremendously with managing stress. I've started running, I'm doing inclines on the treadmill, and I'm getting in longer sessions. I had been thinking I would have to do little spurts of stairs or something while at the hospital, but this is better!
